Saunders Property Company communicates with the people we do business with by telephone, email, and SMS text message. This policy explains how our text messaging works.

Who sends messages

Messages are sent by employees of Saunders Property Company from business telephone numbers assigned to the company.

Who receives messages

We send text messages only to people who have provided their mobile telephone number to Saunders Property Company in the course of doing business with us, including tenants, rental applicants, property owners, vendors and contractors, business contacts, and our own employees.

What we send

Our text messaging is conversational and operational. Examples include:

• Communication with tenants and applicants about tenancy, property matters, maintenance, scheduling, and payments
• Coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Communication with business contacts about property and business matters
• Internal communication among Saunders Property Company employees
• Scheduling and confirming appointments

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Saunders Property Company when you provide your mobile telephone number to us — for example on a rental application or lease, in written or email correspondence, on a business card, or directly in person or by telephone — for the purposes described above. You may decline text messages at any time and ask us to use another method of contact.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving text messages from that number. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages unless you opt in again by replying START.
